Keep the ARTS strong in our community - support the Van Singel Fine Arts Center
The Van Singel Fine Arts Center, in southern Kent County, is entering its 17th season of offering diverse, quality entertainment. Since 1998, it has been a part of our mission to bring affordable arts experiences to the West Michigan region and to this community.
In addition to working diligently to keep our prices as some of the lowest in the region, the Van Singel provides 50 tickets to charitable organizations for each production we bring in. Some of our recipients include Gilda's Club, Camp Tall Turf, Faith Hospice, Byron Manor, St. John's Home, Railside Assisted Living, Bethany Christian Services, Grand Rapids Home for Vets, and many more.
The Van Singel Fine Arts Center is a self-supporting performing and fine arts facility. Minimal public classroom dollars are used to support the facility. Therefore, several other sources such as individual donations, rentals, program advertising, ticket sales from the national touring shows and funding from our special community partners provide the support for this outstanding facility. The continuation and success of the Van Singel Fine Arts Center is directly related to this support.
When you support the Van Singel Fine Arts Center, you are are reinforcing much more than just a building. You are infusing the arts into our community while helping to build the dreams and future of our youth.
Please consider helping in our mission and keeping the arts alive for everyone! A donation of $10, $25, $100, or more, shows that you support the arts in our community. For more information please call 616.878.6800.
